VW group wants to sell 28 million BEVs by 2028. Which one should be first in the US?

Volkswagen Group wants to sell 28 million BEVs by 2028. (That’s up from 22 million as originally announced.) If you do the math, it comes out to an average of 3.5 million annual sales across the entire group, which include brands the brands Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ducati, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Scania and MAN.

To put into perspective how much growth is required, in 2019 the Volkswagen Group sold 250,000 BEVs, with 80,000 of those sales coming from the Volkswagen brand itself. Just to make it a little bit more difficult, VW recently announced their first vehicle built on the MEB platform, the ID.3, will not be released in the US.

So here’s the question: Of all the Volkswagen brand BEVs we have heard about, which one would you like to see be the first in the US?

  • Which of the Volkswagen BEVs we have heard about would you like to see first in the US?

    • ID.Buzz
    • ID.Crozz
    • ID.Space.Vizzion
    • ID.Vizzion
    • ID.Buggy
    • ID.3
