The short version:
- A new survey shows American car buyers are expressing the same concerns over electric cars they did a decade ago.
- Top of the list is range anxiety, higher prices, and lack of charging stations.
- Electrify America has a new internet ad campaign focusing on how normal electric cars are.
- The ad campaign draws parallels between how weird other tech seemed at first, but now are completely mainstream.
Although I wish dieselgate never happened, there are some silver linings to that smokey, greasy cloud. Electrify America is one of those silver linings, and these ads are pretty clever. The more stuff like this out there the better.
