Cake electric motorcycles charge up with Goal Zero solar panels
The short version:
- To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, Goal Zero hit the road spreading solar cheer.
- This stop was in Moab Utah, where they rode CAKE electric motorcycles charged by solar panels.
The story was a little light on the details. How many miles were ridden, how many panels did they use, how many hours were spend charging, etc. I have the feeling there was a lot of down-time as the crew was waiting for the bikes to charge. When I used to ask my grandfather if a place were walking distance he would always reply, “Well everything is walking distance if you have enough time.” The same could be said here. Anything can be charged with solar panels if you have enough time. It’s still a pretty cool video.
